Undeniably elegant, accomplished and screen savvy, Rebecca Lisi is carving out her own space in Hollywood and Europe. As a dramatic actress, dancer, comedian and screenwriter, Rebecca set out on the path to stardom at the age of 16 and has never looked back.
As a first-class honors student originally from the UK, Rebecca’s formal training came from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and the prestigious Arts Educational School of Acting. Stand out performances at the Soho Theatre, Globe Theatre, BBC 1 and Channel 4 Television eventually led to Rebecca’s migration to the United States where, within two short years, she has turned heads in the independent film and commercial markets.
She made her US debut in a memorable coming of age role in “The First Time,” which played at last years Los Angeles Short Film Festival. As the intense and electrifying Regina, Rebecca captured audiences with her passionate performance as one of two thieves in a gritty tale about drastic consequences stemming from a failed robbery attempt.
Rebecca’s latest feature film project “The Broken Hearts Club” has a Summer 2008 release and focuses on three couples at various stages of breaking up who discuss their relationship failures with a psychiatrist.
She speaks fluent Italian and French and can perform in a variety of convincing dialects, including “American” English. With a body of work that spans from London to L.A., from drama to comedy and from film to IPTV, Rebecca Lisi is a testament to world-class talent and professionalism. |
